Miss Sally goes to the dentist for the first time

This was a big deal for Sally. She only likes the dentist because they have a treasure box of amazingly cheap toys that are pretty much a dream come true for the Thomas girls. After about a half hour of bribing her with the luxury of picking out not one, but TWO toys, she finally let the lady get inside and clean those pearly whites.
